can the PS3 rosters be hex edited to? or is it to hard. really would love the PS3 13 to 12 roster

Is there a way to transfer my Madden 12 rosters into Madden 13, im talking about just the basic rosters for quick games that ive edited, and now I want to put those into Madden 13 from Madden 12 for PS3.
