I'm pretty sure this is an issue on EA's end that will need to be patched. I've tried several different peoples NCAA 12 rosters to make draft classes, and even used these draft classes and the pads are always screwed up. It's pissing me off, I started a Seahawks franchise after the patches and manage to pick up Luck with the 6th pick, only for him to look like the Fox Sports robot. C'mon EA, if it's not one thing, it's another.

The people asking for a guide/help he posted a step by step picture guide link in the original post. If you do step by step you shouldn't be having problems. Here's the link once again. http://www.operationsports.com/forum...360-users.html You do that in the folders that he told you to make.

Just took about an hour to download both programs, resign and rehash all four classes and finally figured out exactly how to get it to show up in the game. Worked great! Cannot wait to get into my franchise now! Thank you so much for the rosters and the step-by-step process to do it.

Hey is there a way I can edit these or add to them pre draft? I am in year two of my franchise and just uploaded the second draft class. I noticed as was pointed out in an earlier post some key QB's missing (Bray, Wilson,thomas, etc) Any way of fixing this after I uploaded and started regular season, I am assuming Bray is in the next years since he was a sophmore?
