Re: Audible45: My Shot at Madden 11 Sliders

Well, the run game seems to be overpowered, Cedric Benson just ran all over the defense for 290 yds and my d-line and linebackers are all 80s or higher. I might suggest turning down CPU run blocking, or turning up hum block shedding or reaction time.

Re: Audible45: My Shot at Madden 11 Sliders

Thanks for the feedback, I'm sure I'm going to update these tomorrow regarding rushing, still have to tweak it a little.

Did the rest of the settings work out well?

And what did you play your game in, franchise or play now?

Re: Audible45: My Shot at Madden 11 Sliders

I played 4 games with these sliders with my Jets franchise and they're really awesome. I'm playing on Fast speed with the threshold at 75 though, 11 minute quarters with 15 second runoffs (brings me to about 130-140 games per game). I'm getting very high rushing attempt numbers with LT (last game he had 28 attempts which and he's only gotten 20 carries once this season I believe in real life), so I'm gonna try increasing fatigue a little bit and adjusting the coach scheme so that Greene will get more carries (they almost split them down the middle in real life). I'm getting great tackle stats EXCEPT for high Tackle For Loss. If I decrease the Run defense reaction then this number should go down. Besides that, these sliders are great. They're a challenge and they're very fun to play with! Good job. I'm gonna continue using these for my franchise with my changes.

I haven't had any problem with CPU rushing. I don't think a rusher has went for over 100 yards against my defense yet so far in the season. If anything, HUM run-stopping is too effective for me, that's why I have to lower the reaction speed.

Thanks for trying my sliders... wanted to see if I would be the only one to have fun with these sliders. Change around anything that makes the game more enjoyable for you; these are only for people to build off of. And the run settings have been really tricky... still looking into them. Thanks for the feedback! And keep me updated with your franchise, I'd like to see the game stats, rushing, passing, and whatnot!

Great game! Came down to the wire. There were only 5 total penalties in the game and there should be more. Besides that everything looks on point. I'm still trying to mess with my subs to get split carries between LT and Greene but I'll figure that one out on my own. Great sliders!! Possibly the best games I've played since I've gotten Madden 11.
