Quarter Length: 12 Minutes
Accelerated Clock: 20 seconds
Injuries: 50 (Someone's sliders had them at 45 and my players almost never got injured, bumping it back up to 50 made a huge difference, obviously your preference here but I like having a realistic amount of injuries which is having 3-6 guys on IR by the end of the season and up to 10 guys at any time being injured)
Fatigue: 60
Speed: Normal
Min Speed Threshold: 62 (Also a preference thing, but I'm a big fan of linemen getting plenty of tackles, and with a low speed threshold they're never going to get there, also reduces the amount of big plays, which can be a lot when playing a juiced up AI that can turn any 5 yard slant into a 80 yard touchdown)

Penalties:

Offsides: 55
False start: 55
Holding: 54
Facemask: 53
Def and pass interference: 100
Clipping: 51
Intentional Grounding: 100
Roughing the passer: 52
Roughing the kicker: 100

Player Skill-CPU Skill

Passing
QB Accuracy: 10-55
Pass Blocking: 0-0
WR Catching: 40-50

Rushing
Break tackle: 22-22
Run blocking: 5-30
Fumbles: 40-40

Pass Defense
Reaction time: 55-80
Interceptions: 20-20
Pass rush: 0-50

Rush Defense
Reaction time: 0-72
Block shedding: 50-75
Tackling: 25-25

Special teams
FG Power: 48
FG Accuracy: 56
Punt Power: 48
Punt Accuracy: 56
Kickoff Power: 50

Like all sliders, you need to adjust based on your skill. Also in order to really get realistic results, you need to refrain from running plays that work all the time on the CPU. I try to limit the amount of quick slants and slip screens and whatnot. Also I think the only solution to LE getting a majority of the teams sacks is to rotate who plays LE throughout the year, like the LE 4 games RE 4 games LOLB 4 games ROLB 4 games or something, so that way the sacks are somewhat distributed. (I think same applies for DT#1 in 4-3 defenses, I mostly play 3-4 teams where the LE is god)

I will post box scores and adjustments to the sliders as much as possible.

PS- Just realized I didn't post auto-sub values, I haven't really worked on those much yet, will try to finalize those soon.

Interesting stuff...I may be lowering my own QB acc.....to 15....at 10 must be tough...are you getting 60% completion like that consistently?

Always wondered too....22 for break tackles? Is that different than 25....you noticed a change from 25-22...just curious. Kind of interesting that you reverse reaction time and int, or tackling from what Jarrod and I do....seems like your stats are good. I may use some of your ideas.

Re: Robcards' All-Madden sliders for realistic stats, ideal for Franchise

Yes I was getting 62-65% completion with mark sanchez at 15. With 10 I feel good about the numbers, flacco against chargers close to 50, stafford against rams 58, Rodgers against panthers about 70, and Fitzpatrick against bears close to 50. Rodgers rarely threw an awful ball, unless under heavy pressure. The young guys like stafford will have quite a few bad throws as expected. A stated in my original post adjust for your own skill. You might be better at running and worse at passing so make qba 14 and up CPU run d a bit.
Also yes I noticed a difference from 25 to 22. With human tackling at 25 and CPU break tackle at 25 there were just way too many big runs and the CPU had a unrealistic yard per carry. I feel good about the yards per carry at 22. Good run def like the bears and lions allow less than 4 yards per carry and not great ones will give up huge runs to the panthers or bears.
Will update this with season stats and team stats from my franchise when I restart it with these sliders. Curious to see if I can still be top 5 in pass d with the jets with this difficulty.

Re: Robcards' All-Madden sliders for realistic stats, ideal for Franchise

Waiting for the Packers Saints game gave me an idea for another testing game, this time I want an even higher scoring game and I want to see if the CPU can put up 400+ passing yards against me. Going to play as Houston, one of the worst pass defending teams last year, against the New Orleans Saints, one of the best passing teams. Will be tough to predict an actual score here but it will be massive I'm sure, 38-27 Saints? I'm more concerned about the yardage, want to see Brees have a 400 yard game here and Foster should have a 100 yard game.

Re: Robcards' All-Madden sliders for realistic stats, ideal for Franchise

Wow, man, I gotta say that these are the best sliders I've had for Madden. I was messing around with my own set, but I couldn't find the balance between realism and difficulty. I'd either make it way too difficult for myself or way too easy, but then I skeptically put these in and they are solid.

I did use different penalty sliders (55 or above on QB Late Hit creates too many of those types of penalties), and 11 minutes as opposed to 12.

Just played 49ers vs. Eagles. I was San Fran.

Few things I would change:

1. I feel like the INT slider is slightly too low. Probably raise that from 20 to 30.

2. The fatigue setting needs to be higher, because the CPU rarely uses its backup RBs.

3. Probably raise the fumble slider, too. Only 1 turnover. Not like it doesn't happen IRL where there are games with only 1 turnover, but it was two notoriously sloppy teams.

Very impressive stuff though! I recommend these to anyone!

Re: Robcards' All-Madden sliders for realistic stats, ideal for Franchise

Thanks for the input! At first glance I'd say maybe you should adjust for lower QBA on both sides, the 49ers and Eagles both have solid pass defense so neither QB should have over 60% completions. I'll toy around with the fumbles and interceptions some more, but when I had ints even at 25 in my franchise I'd lead the league interceptions and send 3-4 DBs to the pro bowl lol. Maybe with increasing the CPUs passing abilities since then it calls for a higher int value. I'll do some testing. Also I think in franchise mode when the AI has a gameplan, the backup RB sees more use, you do have a good point though, I'll look into it, I just don't want all of the best defenders splitting a lot of time, I want my top guys to have 100+ tackles, I barely broke 100 last season I did with David Harris who should be getting over 150 if he's healthy.

In regards to the Texans Saints game I just tested:
Well, I definitely got what I wanted! This was the highest scoring game I've played yet, instead of 38-27 Saints it was 38-33 Saints (was 38-27 until I scored a td on a 4th down in the red zone late in the 4th). Brees did not get his 400 yards, but came close enough in my opinion with 344. Arian Foster didn't absolutely destroy the Saints like I thought he would, but still 105 yards on 20 carries not bad. Actually had less yards in this one than the Lions Rams game I played yesterday surprisingly. Oh and it's completely a coincidence that Andre Johnson and Devery Henderson ended up with the same exact amount of receptions and yards lol

Re: Robcards' All-Madden sliders for realistic stats, ideal for Franchise

i been looking at all the sliders and these look the best 2 me. im still waitin for gamefly 2 send my damn game.

i wanna see what the numbers look like at the end of the season... mostly like PY, PTD, RuY, RuTD, Sacks, INT, ReY, ReTD.

and with the QBA at 10 how many bad passes would a tom brady throw opposed to like an average QB like Cutler and what would there Comp% look like...

thanks

Re: Robcards' All-Madden sliders for realistic stats, ideal for Franchise

Ok so in order to see if these sliders made it so I could actually lose a game in my franchise that was on year 3, and also to see if the CPU's gameplan had an effect on splitting carries between HBs so I didn't need to adjust fatigue, I played my next game in franchise against the Bengals. Year 3 for the Jets was a rebuilding year, a lot of the vets are gone and we finally gave up on Sanchez after his ratings didn't improve by the 3rd year. So the current state of the Jets is a lot of young players, including a rookie QB. Also, it was raining in this game so there were a TON of dropped passes and missed tackles. I'm a little concerned with the lack of fumbles and yards per carry of the CPU considering my d-line is all 85+ and my linebackers have a 94 and 90, but could be due to cold and hot streaks, this wasn't really a testing game so much as it was a see if my stacked Franchise team could lose game. Note: Kenjon Barner is on the Bengals in this game and Lamichael James is on the Jets and both are RB on Oregon this year irl, thought that was cool, in this James is a 2nd year guy and Barner is a rookie.

Out of curiosity, how long does it take for you to complete 1 game with these sliders? I have never done a franchise with longer than 7 minute quarters...and I don't want a game to take 90 minutes....I want to use the sliders but I am waiting for a roster update before I start

Thanks for your hard work
