I mean, if you want to nitpick, why don't any of the players have any tattoos?? Because it's stillll earrrrllllyyyyyyy. Those probably ARE all the same player model, just with different skin tones.

Don't lose sight of the fact that this game is about 7 months away people. Some of you guys are acting like this is the final cut and the game will be released next wednesday. Stop looking for flaws so soon, and just enjoy the fact that this looks about 3 million times better than what we currently have.

Again, GIVE IT TIME!! All the little things you guys are looking for will most likely be added. They have to actually build and fine tune the engine before putting in the finishing touches...
Well said, but few will listen.

The thing that makes me skeptical is that there is no message or note on EA's site stating that these are in-game shots. Hopefully they are, but if they are, why leave it such a mystery? I guess you could argue E3...but we'll find out one way or the other. They could've just had a little note next to a pic, stating, "Actual in-game presentation."

They may not be allowed to say in game from "what" because the 360 hasn't even been shown yet.

Re: Day 4 is Up

whats great about these graphics is they are this good already. i mean it took forever for games to look like they do now on the ps2 when it first came out. its good to be a gamer these days, i think we are all gonna be blown away by these new systems.

heres why i think they wont say thay are in-game shots, and thats because MS and SONY havent officially had the coming out party for the xbox 360 and the ps3. so EA is just calling them next gen visual targets, because hell- there isnt even a confirmed name yet for xbox 360, just internet speculation.

EA is calling them visual targets http://info.ea.com/

In other words it's the visual quality EA is trying to achieve with the next-gen Madden.

Here's what somebody who works on the team said about the footage you'll see Saturday. He posts on GAF.

"The footage you’ll see in Saturday’s NFL Draft TV ad is representative of the visual target the development team set out to achieve for next gen Madden."
