Exactly. I'm fundamentally opposed to restricting substitutions. Fix the AI / interactions, which will stop people doing stupid things.

It already kills me on special teams, when I can't sub in the players I want. Apparently on kickoffs, I can only put in certain WRs/CBs in certain positions, and LBs in others. I should be able to put whoever I want there, imo.
Exactly. It should be like NCAA where you can sub any player anywhere.

Thing is that is formation specific, not formation substitute specific.

He rocks Sean Taylor and he was a beast of a hitter. Tell me why you wouldnt want him at RB sometimes?

Maurice Jones-Drew enough said hes stout.

You are right lining up scat backs at FB is cheese. But its only cheese because its a flaw in the gameplay. fixes 2 the FB dive will hopefully fix the crazy rushing from the FBs. The real issue is that weight and hieght mean nothing in madden. Real teams will put big players at FB/RB.

William Perry is the proof and the pudding of if you have a player who can play you will get him out on the field.
I wasn't talking about moving fb's to rb thats fine but putting in a small little runningback at the TRUE fb posistion on an offense is ridiuclous and I got real sick of seeing it on espn's madden nation ill tell you that right now, it doesn't happen in real life and shouldn't happen in the game.

Like I said putting in a TE at fullback is fine, I guess an O-lineman or D-lineman is ok too (Hell Sapp did it every now and then) and putting in the fb at halfback is also fine, my point here is putting in a quickback like Jerrious Norrwood or Felix Jones at fullback should not be allowed even if it is fixed where they get no where, I just don't think it should be in the game especially since.

YOU DON'T SEE IT ON SUNDAY.

I see where you're coming from, you don't see those thigns on Sunday. But the way I look at it, this is just my opinion, is that the Cowboys could put Felix in the FB spot, though it wouldn't really accomplish anything. I think you should be able to put him there, though he'd just get ran over nearly every play.

I guess if it gets fixed and this happens people will stop using "scat backs" in the fb posistion so I wouldn't care then but I still think its kind of lame but then again it will just point out the idiots who play this game.

Im happy with my way or the bolded way being implemented.

Someone give this guy a chill pill. In the NFL sure you wont see a scat back at FB I agree with that and have already said that but you are basicly saying you dont want to see anyone under 200 pounds play FB which is kinda...Ill be polite. Its your opinion, I respect it although I feel its really strange. Its a game and people should be able to put a QB at kick returner or FB if they wanted to but if the gameplay were fixed it obiously wouldnt be a smart move.
