Agreed! Don't get me wrong, Im not ungrateful of the hard work thats been put into the presentation. I just finally want Madden to be on par or surpass NFL2K5 presentation THIS YEAR, and not having play by play commentary during the highlight show, and no highlights during the Franchise Extra Point show, still gives reason to say room to ask why Madden didn't do this? Overall the presentation is great, but these two things that are missing would put the icing on the cake. Madden Devs please put this in for Madden10 through DLC, its so obviously missing we shouldn't have to wait till Madden11, im sure there are other things you can put focus on for Madden11, instead of withholding this.

I think it would be better if instead of a bunch of highlights form the game your playing with audio to instead have some canned highlights from a couple of games around the league. Then list all the scores around the league.

Then have the guys discuss whats going on with your game and have some stat overlays.

That way you avoid the problem of having to sinc audio with your replays.

Did any mention to Ian that the play screen comes up too quickly and blocks the fabulous cutscenes.

This really isn't fair to the new dev team. Yes, we've been asking for this for years, but this year is the first time a dev team's been in that really focused on it. You can't hold them responsible for the last four years.

I agree, its not fair. Not to mention there are/still is a TON of things to clean up after Ortiz. They still have to lock down momentum and do it in a way that doesn't break the game and feel of Madden. The OL/DL still isn't where it needs to be, so I can understand with such a limiting schedule how you can only do so much. Give it another good year or so (and yes I have grown tired of saying "maybe next year" as well) this is what happens when you don't have competition.

I believe Ian (Although I think the negative comments have finally taken on its toll) is listening. I believe they intend to do it right. SO lets keep things postive. And for the love of GOD get rid of Hammonds.

I do agree that it isnt fair to Ian and the other devs, trying to basically clean up this series in one year. The've put alot of hard work into this game, and it shows in the videos. In the devs favor I do want them to finally put NFL2K5 to sleep for good, so no one can question weither Madden Presentation is on par with NFL2K5. Adding play by play commentary during the halftime/end of the game highlights and also having highlights during the Extra Point Franchise show I think will finally put the stamp on Madden10's Presentaion. I'm so impressed with what the Madden devs have done with this game in one year, I just can't wait to play the game, it looks fantastic. I'm just really hoping that they add the playbyplay commentary stuff and highlights during the franchise through a patch/DLC for Madden10.

Also Colladie has a good point, the playbook screens do come up to quickly, blocking those beautiful cut scenes, hopefully Ian and crew will address this.

All of you complaining about this years presentation should be ashamed. Ian and co. has made this game 100% more interesting and probably the best Madden to date.

Yes EA was a few years behind but it's a new developing team and they did almost everything we've asked of them.

I for one have gotten bored of Madden since Next Gen,i buy it because it's the yearly thing to do for me but this year I am actually excited to buy it mainly because of the Adaptive A.i.,game play tweaks,and presentation everything else is a plus imo.

I know Madden 10 won't be perfect but aslong as it's a good football sim I'm all for it.

No video game can replicate Real Life! Atleast not yet
