Yeah I prefer somthing that would get me pumped up for a game. Like the 08 intro or the Ludacris intro from several years back. Those never got old.

This intro will end up being skipped every time. Nice story, but doesn't really put me in the mood to play football.

I'd argue that the first iteration on the 360 (06?) was the least impressive Madden game I've played. I actually wasn't remotely impressed by any next-gen Madden game until the 08 version and didn't get a 360 until I saw that that version was a passable and reasonably well-implemented football game.
