Anyone got breaking out of pro tak down?

Okay so you do use moves to get out of gang tackles? Initially I was under the impression I'd just use the L stick to push my player out of them, but I think that just moves the pile. Also, the risk of using moves in a gang tackle is fumbling. I've fumbled more than once with average RB's because I was unneccessarily trying to break out of big gang tackles and I got punished for it. Awesome feature.

A less risky move to escape any kind of tackle is to press up on the right analog stick (highlight stick).
