To fix IR we need full rosters and practice squads. And if you're fixing that you might as well fix free agency so compensatory picks are awarded.

and while you're fixing that, fix:

- My Rookies having 13 year careers with other teams before I
draft them in their career stats.

- Practice squads.

- Stupid must have 2 LE's, RE's, LT's... you get the point.

- Franchise stats... 4 people over 2000 rushing yards a year is crazy.

- The LE being able to walk past the RT at will whilst the other positions on the line seem glued to each other.

- The draft is way too easy. I shouldn't have to set house rules on scouting so I don't end up with three 80+ (A potential) rated players picked up after round 3 in every draft.

- Be able to be fired or quit and change teams in the offseason.

- Have realistic and accurate scores for the HT update of don't do it at all. 47-37 with 3 mins left in the 2 QTR is just dumb.

Just make Franchise mode deeper and harder (I get you want 8 year olds to be able to play it so you can't make it too difficult but surely you can have a difficulty setting at the start that only affects the off the field franchise stuff.- makes scouting harder, remove overall rating for a season or 2, hide Potential rating for 1 or 2 seasons.....)
