Not really. There are games that people find to be good that are easy to find used (especially games that have millions upon millions of people who get it).

Definately doesn't include patches sois. You can even get those with silver membership.

Yes, Mass Effect 2 also implemented it.. It only hurts those who buy used, which is the goal behind it.. Game Companies dont profit from used sales..

The start, will be a lot more microtransactions/DLC this year, they said this a few months ago that there will be more emphasis on this.

Really don't care as long as nothing is taken away in order to charge for it.
