The first year Josh Looman came over to EA he told everyone that there was no way they could implement all of Head Coach into Madden at once.

Hopefully one day we see it. Head Coach off season was far superior.

I think they always said that it would be at least Madden 12 before it was integrated.

The standard process of software design prevented it from happening. Nothing went "wrong", per se.

While I think Madden is decent, NFL Head Coach 09 has a much better franchise mode.
