I also noticed in this video that the players look EXACTLY like they do in the E3 "Victory" trailer when shown close up. I know some suggested that trailer may have used some CGI, but from what I could tell it looks like those were all in game graphics in that trailer.

Overall it looks better than previous Maddens, but there's still plenty of room for improvements.

I still don't like the passing. At one point (0.38 left of the 2nd quarter) Vick throws a deep ball to Avant that is at least 10 yards off his route, yet he magically (or in typical Madden style) adjust his route with his back turned to the QB

And the player's momentum still looks wrong - not enough respect for weight in acceleration and change of direction, IMO. They should invest more in the Locomotion engine.

To me it kinda looks like the same game with less suction, and a better paint job. Would have liked to seen more myself. At least it appears to be a step forward.

my question is why do they let the worst case scenario guy play the game on rookie in the first video they show? Why not put a sim style dev out there and have him play on all-madden?

I'm sure IGN might be paying for the oppty to fist demo Madden. If they are, pretty much need to let them play as they wish.

Not good from our standpoint, but that's the only thing I could think of.
