Upgrading Abilities!?!?!?... help!

What does "size" mean and how does it affect the game play? I dont understand. Plaxico has a 58 size and Steve Smith has a 95.

The question I have is theres only a number of abilities/ratings you can upgrade. Does that mean the rest of the ratings each player has is automatically increased/decreased throughout the season?

Predictability is offseason behavior. Basically, the more predictable the more likely to resign and not retire early.

I am pretty sure that means does the player play to his size? Plaxico is taller than Smith, but does he outjump CBs? Reach for that extra yard? Box out CBs? I don't think I ever saw Plax do any of those. He doesn't use his size well. Smith, however, uses everything he has. I also think it works for matchups..say WR Plax 58 vs. CB Whatever 65. The CB will win in a man-to-man against Plax, but not Smith. Smith will burn that guy almost every time.

At least that is what I get out of it.

i was thinking size rating is based off of his size in the scheme, so like a really fat DT would fit a pass rushing scheme. Idk?

Does anyone know what the 'big hitter' upgrade does? I have a high tackle and hit power rating, do I need it? Does it add anything at this point?

YES.

I have a CCM in which I have eric berry, in the first 3 games in did not force a fumble... I purchased it 2 games ago and he has forced 3 since then!

My MLB player has had 12 FF over the season and according to the skill page he doesn't have that trait, so in my experience it hasn't made a difference but i could be wrong
