It's a random class every year but he's in the Colossus Stone draft but doesn't show up till late in the season.
You can go to week 1 in your franchise - save the game - play or sim week 1 and then advance the week to get a different draft class till you find the Colossus Stone one.

I have been reloading my CFM for around 15 minutes and I have not found stone, is he there from the beginning of scouting?

I loaded the and reloaded and reloaded and then some more. it took a min of 35 tries with getting a lot of the same classes. but I did find it. left tackle Colossus stone is the player who shows in the storyline week two.

he isn't the beast he seems to be. slow dev. 80 ovr. but there is a right tackle last name Baltimore who comes out rated 86 with normal dev.

and as for leon sandcastle when I drafted him round 3 pick 3 he came out rated

had 2 punt return tds 2 kick return tds and 4 interceptions by week 5 in my first year when he suffered a complete mcl tear. Complete beast!

Found him in a few classes- seems like he randomly appears in draft classes, but he appears pretty early on.
