Very good info about Franchise Mode. I always wondered when a football game would give the players personalities that cause problems in the locker room as well as put pressure on the user to make decisions to appease both the fans, the player, the coaching staff AND the front office all while trying to put together a winning team. This also forces you to think twice about trading, cutting, or demoting a player and you can no longer treat em like bots. This sounds awesome!

Also, I love the availability of information...the newspapers as well as the radio show. This is one area where Madden has always been stellar..

I wish the gameplay was showing the same strides but so far nothing really impresses me...especially the vids. Looks like the same game basically.

if u check out the draft vids from espn of leftwich, manning and collins, u will see the linemen form a pocket, and on occasion, the qb stepped up in the pocket.

Madden sounding really good this year. One thing I wish though. The NCAA team added a cut animation for RB's, I really hope madden has that. It would really change the way you can run in the game.

That might list that in PS2, but the controls say different. peep the A,B,X,L,R, Receivers...If it where PS2, they would be square,circle,triangle,etc... right??
