I'll go with Blzer's hunch. The fact he quoted "Big" in the post title is too obvious that it has something to do with that word. I bet it's a sequel to the Bigs.

Anyone else remember ESPN NFL Football pre-release? We got some E3 videos with SOAD and Everclear background music of epic gameplay videos and the new crowd cut scenes and such (nothing announced as a "feature") and there was the beta-7 viral campaign that just hit us with FPF and Crib?

I loved the days of not knowing everything about the game from the get-go.

Hopefully this is one of those moments... we get something big like a career mode or something of that nature, and it was something that we never expected.

If anything, it could be an announcement for an earlier release. But I don't know why they would do that before hitting us with a bunch of media first.

Exclusive rights to MLB has ruined baseball videogames. When does this exclusive rights crap expire? Hope Microsoft learned their lesson from all this.
