Re: 2011 Colorado Rockies

Operation Break Up the Team and Bring New Life can start now, please. The team has shown they're not capable of playing the teams they need to beat consistently.

Well Ubaldo is gone now. Sad to see him go, but the package coming back is good.

Keith Law thinks Pomeranz will be a #2, Alex White a #3 in the rotation. I think White will start for us in September if he's healthy.

Reading fan response from a few articles, a large % of Indians fans felt they gave up too many top tier prospects. You won't really see who got the better of the trade for sometime, obviously, but at the moment I tend to think the Rockies didn't do wrong by making the trade. I sure would have loved seeing Chisenhall thrown in.

Big time waste of a very good year with Helton too.
They've managed to dip to 14 games under .500 with 8 games left in the disastrous 2011 season.

Truffle Shuffle time for the roster, please. Do the Rockies live in the Bermuda Triangle where 3rd basemen simply get lost and never seen again?

All I want from the rest of the season: Alex White not giving up a homerun in a game. Just 1 game, thats it.

Re: 2011 Colorado Rockies

Hey Rockies fans, I was wondering if you guys could tell me how Pomeranz has looked so far? I know Alex White has been shelled in his couple of starts (which might be because to his finger injury?) but I'm really interested to hear how Pomeranz has looked. Thanks.
