Re: Atlanta Braves Roster Thread

awesome...we've got a lot of fans here. but c'mon heisman, how are you going to call yourself the biggest fan and you've got the golden state warriors logo as your avatar

okay...we've got heyward's basics...we cant really do any of the physical stuff till the game comes out (stance http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/minorleagues/...top&pid=518792), but let's talk about some of his attributes. does anyone have any of his splits from last year?

i think an easy one is that his potential should be an A.

i've heard a lot of really good things about his plate discipline...so his plate vision and the other one (i forget) should be pretty high.

i've heard comparisons between him and derek lee...so good average and power. he's young, so i dont know how high we should go.

just a few thoughts to get us going.

anyone on here have 2k9? take a look at how they created him...what are some of his ratings on that (2k9 makes the propects under different names with the same initials).

Heyward has great plate discipline. Sky's the limit with him so its hard judging where to put this attributes at since he is still a prospect. He speed should be set at above average as well. Kid is quick

Letter grades are easier.
Average would be a C.
D- to A+

You could also use the 20-80 scale
50-54 would be your average major leaguer in the skill
70-80 A
60-69 B
55-59 C+
50-54 C
45-49 D+
40-44 D
38-39 D-(really an O for organizational player....basically depth for the minor leagues)
20-37 NP(not a prospect...filler players)

awesome. That being said, what is the rating scale in the game? You said they added numbers this year...is it 0-100...0-80...20-80?
