Re: As of 7:08PM, Chris Coste is STILL NOT A New York Met

Ummm HELLO....

"...The club also moved closer (doesn't mean signed) to acquiring free-agent catcher Chris Coste. The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead (N.D.) reported on Monday that Coste, a native of Fargo, will be guaranteed a position on the 40-man roster, though not the Opening Day 25-man roster. A person with the Mets indicated that Coste must pass a physical before the contract is in place (nuff said)..."

Just remember the Torrealba 'signing' about three years ago that did NOT happen.

I mentioned this in a previous post, but perhaps this is a better place: does anyone have a good two-handed swing/stance for Carlos Beltran? He's my favorite player and it just feels wrong with a one handed swing. I know the Jack Wilson stance is money but I have been looking forever for a two-handed one (I play on the psp so I spend hours waiting for it to load just to find another dud stance).

Also as a huge mets fan I hope we have some posts here this offseason asking about stances for Matt Holliday, Roy Halladay, and/or Adrian Gonzalez, because that means Omar did something right

Anyone who can help me continue my unhealthy admiration for Carlos Beltran--you are the awesome.

That means it's pretty much as good as done as long as he doesn't fail his physical.

Don't know if anyone cares, but after much search I think Torri Hunter is the best two-handed swing\stance for Carlos Beltran. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good. I hope some other Beltran-obsessed fan will find this helpful.
