The velocities you have for Hughes are a bit high. He's not a consistent 94-95 guy as a starter. Look

That's from the seven starts he made in April and May last year. He was:

4-seam: 92.2
Curve: 76.4
Cutter: 88.1 (plus 32 that registered as sliders at 87.2)
Change-up: 83.3 (only 9)

So in game, I'd give him
4-seam: 92
Curveball: 76
Cutter: 88

Hard to say on the change-up since he showed it so little last year and I believe reports this spring had him 79-81 or so. I'd still give him a circle-change since that's the grip he's most comfortable with right now and he'll almost have to use it. Not sure on velocity though.

I agree, as a starter, Hughes tops out at 95. He will usually hover around 91-92.
If he is used as a setup man then Hughes would be throwing 95 at a more consistent rate.

His Curve sits between 74-78.
His Cutter really looks like a slider at times as it disappears inside to lefties. Its sits around what you stated - 88.

Also he would probably be one of the few pitchers who would register for the 4-seamer pitch as his fastball is very straight.

good stuff, can you guys post a more updated list of their pitches/velocities and their attributes for each pitch for each pitcher?

Derek Lowe: Drops on average 9.7 in.
Javier Vazquez: Drops on average 8.9 in.

These are all on a 3-year average. Now the question is, how do we translate this to the game? It'd be nice if we could just give Webb a 93 for break on his sinker, Lowe a 97, and Vazquez but that's not going to work...lol
What are the current breaks at for the pitchers above breaking balls?

Burnett throws a knuckle-curve always has and always will.

as does Hughes , only problem is the knuckle curve on the show doesnt break as much as the sweeping,12-6, and regular curveball

That's untrue.

Actually he never threw a knuckle-curve until his stint in Toronto a couple years back. He was mentored by Halladay and changed his grip to a knuckle-curve to get more control as well as a sharper break. The spin is alot tighter now, which is why people want to give him a slurve or sweeping curve pitch.

Prior to that he had that big 12-6 curve during his time with the Marlins.

FYI
