I will need to replace them with generated A players instead...the "jeter face" bug will hit otherwise.

Let me know...

Well, you're right...I'm the man!...but not from this. This is a TOTAL...TOTAL community effort. I am amazed at how this set came together this year. I feel guilty when guys attribute this to me...especially now. I've always kept my name out of the rosters...as previously...it was from info from a bunch of guys and me just inputting all the info....but now it's even beyond that. Truly this year...an OPERATION SPORTS Full Minors. Major props to everyone involved...

Okay KJ...good.
Did you see a few posts back that Triple Threat has a nearly completed Reds set.....you may want to work with him if you're backlogged.

But knight, you are the architect, the man with the vision so credit is due. You are correct, there are a few others that also deserve credit like Riden and others who do awesome jobs on stances and pitching edits.

It is pretty amazing the amount of people able to help on this now. I know for myself in the past I always felt slightly guilty using these rosters while not having contributed to them (not that anyone should feel obligated to). I'm glad to be helping with the face edits, and of course I want to provide high quality because anything less wouldn't be worthy of the OSFM roster.

By the way, 28 Pirates faces done now. I also went back and tweaked a few guys.

This.

This will actually be my first year using the OSFM (I actually didn't even buy MLB 10, stuck with 09 last year), but it is a nice feeling knowing that I've contributed to something that's so highly regarded around here. I'm definitely excited to do a RTTS in particular with these rosters!

(Speaking of progress, names, vitals, potentials, and now some ratings for the Angels position players are entered into a spreadsheet. Goal is to finish those ratings up during the day, and then begin entering it all into the game when I get home.)

Tribe,

Quick question, I'm covering 40 players out of the 90 with pitchers. That's including the actual players. Just giving you the heads up so we can get a full 90.

Let me know if I should do more and how many. I kind of forgot about this aspect. In other words, how many position players will you have total?

Basically what I've done, is I've left the ML roster untouched. Then, I've kept the players that are already in the game on the AAA and AA roster in place (in this case, there were 4 "real" players in AAA and 1 in AA). Then, I edit prospects for the spots on those rosters that have "fake" players available.

Then, I went to the A level and counted up how many "fake" spots were on the Angels A roster already. In this case, it was 7.

Basically, anywhere on the Angels roster where there's a fake player in place, they're getting replaced with a new prospect. All in all, including real players already in the game, looks like I have 45 position players for LAA. I would replace real players on the team as necessary if it was closer to opening day. But the guys that are already on the most recent roster update are still on the Angels, as far as I can tell.
