1998 Full MLB Roster Completed (Download Included)

I gotta say that these rosters are great, absolutely well worth the wait and the effort you put into it really shows. I played a game with Texas (me) vs CHW and lost 2-1 with Ray Durham hitting a walkoff HR right after I pulled my starter out of the game Most enjoyable lost I have ever had. Your Juan Gonzalez is **** as well as Robin Ventura and Albert Belle. Great to see my favorite players coming to life.

Now, there are some other SCEA faces that I just don't like so I will be making some creations. I will post it online when PSN is up. I have made Roger Clemens, S. Greene, a younger Manny and updated Jose Canseco (he was my favorite player groing up) so far. I just copy your stats when they are made.

I updated Jose Canseco since the demo, I thought the Jose I just released was pretty good. I'll check them all out once PSN is back up, itll make updates a lot easier

How do I upload rosters from website I put on external hard drive then I hooked that up to my ps3 now wut do I do can some one give me a hand thank u

After you download from the internet you have to "unzip" or "extract" the file to your external hard drive before going to your Playstation. But after the unzip or extract they will show up just fine

Ok, I stayed up til 3am playing this and my wife was not too happy but dammit I was. I played as Toronto vs Seattle (I re-created A-Rod and he came out perfect). This turned out to be a pitchers duel as Roger Clemens pitched a complete game shutout and we won 2-0. The only runs came from a 2 run triple of off what should have been a home run from Carlos Delgado. The funny thing is Griffey tried to rob the homerun and made a diving play at the wall and did the same wall-spike that ended his career. Luckily he came up limping and I got 2 runs in the 7th.

It left me thinking about what team will I start my franchise with and can I "change" history with those players. So the "what if" factor is there, what if Griffey did not get injured and A-Rod stayed in Seattle, if Jose Canseco did not get black balled out of the sport. I know we can't recreate there stats but it will be fun to extend and even redefine their careers.

Just thought I would let everybody know that last night I was approached by Nusie about the possibility of doing a full minors for this roster.

He has already begun work on compiling the information and ratings for AAA/AA levels. He has generously offered to input all information and ratings in for the players and when he is completed with that, I will (relatively quickly) go through every player and edit their faces/equipment/stances.

This will be amazing when finished.

unfortunitely i have nothing to copy it from the internet and tranfer it to the ps3 so im just screwed....lol...otherwise i would have loved to play with these rosters...maybe one day...who knows....good work though man...always fun to play with different rosters...makes the game feel more fresh
