Re: Operation Sports Full Minors 2012 Roster - Spring Training Edition Available Now

Awesome rosters everyone, the hard work is much appreciated. One thing I noticed though. I played one game in franchise with the Brewers. I happened to notice that Wash. started Harper off in the big leagues so I went to check his stats for his first major league game....2 HR?? Curious if anyone had similar experience.

Also, with spring training, I would rather not control all teams and have to make accurate 25 man rosters for each team, is there a roster that comes out to fix this or does it have to be done manually?

New to this, thanks!

How many sim's did you guys run and for how many years? I haven't ran one yet with these rosters but just with my experiance in tuning the ratings for the M's it seems like there's alot of 2010/11 draft picks that are still a few years away from the majors that would be peaking 3 years into a franchise.

I'll run a sim and post results but thats just from glancing over the rosters. Since it seems like there's alot of high potential guys could I recreate a couple guys for the M's? (depending on how this sim works)

Overall, great work by everyone. It's kinda funny seeing how people do faces. Some guys round the facial features, others emphasis any little thing.
Franklin and Paxton should be solid B's and they should also make fine major leaguers at some point.

Yea I agree which is why I didn't fight you on it. It's just when you sort each team by potential you'll see a lot of guys that even you might see as end of the starters or guys that won't be 1st division guys.

Thank you all who helped make this roster possible. I downloaded it last night, and I could not be more pleased.

Played my first game last night and whipped the Rays 6-3 thanks to a four run 9th punctuated by a 2 run go-ahead home run by Alex Rodriguez.

I seriously need to call in sick on Friday so I can have a full day to play this game until my fingers bleed. Thanks for making the best baseball game franchise in the history of video games EVEN BETTER.

Brewers farm system pitching is absolutely stacked. Four SP with A potential that should be ready in 1-2 years. Bye Bye Marcum and Wolf.

Now I just need to develop some decent position players, possibly SS and 1B. Ill have to look into some trades.
