My own beliefs but it matches Sickels's list pretty closely.

I know it was your opinion, what I meant was, were you using Sickels' rating system of letter grading? Because his letter grades are generally more conservative than most, I've found.

Ahh yes then, I'm pretty conservative and yea he tends to be.

I agree on most, I just think Osuna warrants an A-, at least. That's my only gripe though.

Also, I have Jacob Anderson at a B in Sickels-style grading, and Franklin Barreto at about B-.

Forgot about Barreto, I agree with your ranking.

Osuna is interesting, more polished then a guy like Luis Heredia, but at the same time, the thought on him seems to be he's maxed out and you dont have much more physically for him to build on. He's right on that A-/B+ corner.

Really disagree on Anderson, would go C/C+, stats were atrocious, plate discipline was abysmal and the scouting reports seem to reflect that. Obviously he's only 20 but he was pretty disappointing this year.

Really? I think Osuna's frame could increase a bit. Growth generally stops at 20/21, and he's 17. The guy hits 96 and gets glowing reports.

I don't think stats below AA really mean much, to be honest. At that point, it's all your eyes and opinion.

Trust me, he's filled out already. The only plausible growth is him getting a little taller, but there isn't any more room on his frame to add strength. He already throws hard so its pretty much a non-issue though...

What does he sit at? I'd guess 94-95.
