Hey, how do u use classic pitching interface? do u see more walks thrown etc? how long do u how x button down or do u just tap it once and thats it? Im thinking about trying it out as it will speed up game a little bit. dont wanna play on fast play as i like to see batter walk ups. thanks! just curious how well it plays out

Ok Im I your official assistant now ? lol .
To me meter dosent represent pitching , classic does plus it doesnt take focus off the game(METER DOES THIS YUK !) and wastes too much time IMO.
When I use it depending on batter I normally just tap it but when Im ahead and have a pitch to waste i double tap a the end , but its so good on classic theres no need youll see .
Depending on batter try to avoid their sweet spots as they will make you pay !
Watch your LOCATIONS as you have the sliders control at 0, love how at times I lose batters no control great stuff and i hope gamers arent scarred to try this cause of Veteran .
As it doesnt make it easy it makes it more realistic.
Trinity test this for me are you seeing any throwing errors (EVER ?) if not we may have to adjust that to blend with fielding , check it out
I know most will see veteran and laugh but I just cant say how much fun and realistic these are !

Im still confused how to use classic. so i just tap X and let go? or tap, then tap agani at some point??? I really want to use classic cuz like u said, it takes focus off the game, and classic gets the meter off the screen, making it look even more realistic. Ive now turned off runner icon, and fielding catch icon off, looks much better and realistic when playing. maybe one day i'll be good enough to turn strike zone off and ball icon off when pitching lol.

Throwing errors? havent seen any really since goingg to -5, prolly go up 2, making it -3 would be a good idea, then play a good 8-10 gms and see if u have any, then adjust. i just know at default was too many occuring.

OK so the scoring on fielding errors must be broken. I saw my 3b completely bobble a ground ball allowing the runner to get on. no error??!!?? i dunno what has to happen in order for it to be an error.

Just as i say that Derosa lets a weak grounder go through between his legs lol. and it scored as an error! FINALLY!!

wow, theres a first time for everything! Playing against KC in my season again. Bannister is there sp. heres his stats for the game!

LOL i batted around on him, no HRs believe it or not. ik have tore him up now twice this season lol. this time was wayyy worse than the first. 8-0 lead after 1 inning. just wanted to post this to let ppl see variety of games im getting now with these sliders!

Like I said you cant tweak off of one game Derosa lol.
Classic pitch just try it dont worried about double tap (forget it ) work on whos your pitcher and location just like real ball dont throw 3 k down the middle , fastball high Cu low .
Gotta work corners and then surprise the batter I k baters everywhere , fool um
have fun just practice youll get it .
I use second tap after I throw a pitch wide to have it break back in when possible I do it when the ball is heading towards the plate out of my hand

ok, playing this game using classic, control was awful 1st inning, but sowers has turned it around now striking out 6 thru 4 so far at 61 pitches. i just tap only everytime, and as far as how i pitch, i always pitch using api. I place the ball cursor exactly where the catcher chooses for me, of course i compensate for breaking pitches. so far so good. looks much more realistic! Turn off field catch crsor, thorwing rings, and baserunner icon too... makes it look even more realistic, like watching a real game!

Wow just sailed a throw way over 1b I will move it to -3 as I just dont random bad errors on throw error global.
Classic pitch tip
1-2 on giambi I threw a inside FB with joba no way a strike but just before it went home I tap/held a sec x bottom and its velocity made it go more inside and he swung and missed
