Just look at how Latos' glove closes on the ball at 0:41 when the catcher returns it to him.

Thing of beauty

Here's how waiting for game info went down back around 1990... You walk into the computer store, you saunter on over to the game section and your eyes catch a familiar logo on one of the boxes, at which point you turn and call over to your buddy: "Hey look, they released a new course pack for Links!"

Today's gamers don't know how fortunate they are, lol.

Im sold on the Vita version along with the PS3 version. Just not looking forward to that awkward moment in my staff meeting when I jump up and down after I hit a walk-off homer with my RTTS guy....... The ability to be able to play my RTTS anywhere and the ability to port that RTTS guy to my home PS3 is groundbreaking.

That's one thing that hold me with Vita, I really don't like playing on fast play mode, to arcadish for me. Maybe it's worst in those videos 'cause players are pressing X to jump to next batter. Rest of it looks nice though.

What exactly is fast play and how does it differ from normal play?

You don't need to press X for that, it automatically does jump to the next batter (well, at least to his walk-up introduction). There don't seem to be any automatic replays whatsoever, or follow-up cut scenes of players after the play has ended.

In a way, this is kind of a good thing. That means that Soup and Eric have less lines. In fact, that might be the very reason they took those out... there simply wasn't enough memory on the Vita version to include all of those hours of lines of commentary. Of course, I don't truly know, so I'm not going to put words in their mouths. I'm just speculating there.
