Nem, I know last year was Vitas launch, but this year i'd like to see better graphics overall, and it being alot closer to Ps3 visually and gameplay and feature wise.

I hope they work on only play making it much more lag free, and lastly, i'd like my Vita record not to count towards my PS3 online record.

Also, Online leagues specific to Vita ( or even playable against buddies while i am on the road and they are on PS3 wouldmbe awesom.

Lastly, would LOVE for " Online playoff mode" to be incorporated into the as well. Thanks again for the time and effort!

#1 FRAMERATE.

Has the game been optimized to be at a smooth framerate at all times, at least 30? MLB 12 on vita was horrible. There are numerous situations in the game where the framerate is just unacceptable.

#2 Black screens after load. Has this been addressed. About 1/20 loads I get a black screen which requires you to restart the game.

#3 Custom cameras. With the small screen it is very hard to hit and pitch in the standard views. A bit of zooming in could help a ton.

^THIS. With the cameras we had last year it was for me at least much more difficult to hit on the Vita version of the game. Custom cams and ability to switch fielders when ball is put in play would be my two biggest wishes for this years version

Re: Community Day 2013 - VITA Version - Questions/Concerns/Inquiries

The vita game was great sans two problems.

1) Slowdown/Framerate. Pitching became really tedious sometimes because a pitcher becomes so slow in his windup. It was frustrating.

2) This is by far the most important. GET RID OF FAST PLAY. I get that fast play is in there, and make it the option, but also give me the option of not having it. Homeruns feel so unsatisfying when you hit one and it immediately goes to the next batter. Not fun. :/ Hopefully the game is improved enough that I can re-buy a vita (sold it after how disappointing 12 was).

But if these issues are fixed, then you'll have one heck of a game!!!

Re: Community Day 2013 - VITA Version - Questions/Concerns/Inquiries

My questions:

1. Will the Vita version of MLB 13 The Show be available in the PSN store from release day on?

2. How big file will the game be this year (last year: 2.8GB)?

3. Has the lightning during night/cloudy-weather games improved?

4. Are the analog controls, mainly for pitching, less sensitive this year?

5. Are the more distant spectators looking less pixelated?
