They did a fabulous job filling 540+ FA list but they just left a few devs in there.

I got a question, I’m going to start my franchise with this roster. Do I have to toggle on the “allow non active players” to get all the free agents (international FA)?

Yes you can do it since they replaced all Legends with real players.

From their twitter page. The roster is in the vault now, based on the roster SDS released on May 24th. All rookie pitchers have updated pitching repertoires to reflect their real-life counterparts using the same statistics as SDS. There are also a few updated pitch selections to current players. The Expansion Era Boomers and Long Ball Beasts have been converted to represent the LMB, Independent, NPB, CPBL, and KBO. Additional top prospects are located in the Mid-Century Groundbreakers tab, and some additional players scatter the FA list.

This is still my favorite roster set. Loved having Trevor Bauer, Roki, etc. Do we know if they will be doing rosters again this year for 25?
