Based on the way they did it last year, I'll assume he isn't in the game. Last year, guys that were on the DL the entire year previous didn't make it in for some reason.

But, we should be able to move Mike Minor from last year to this year, and then have to do the service time changes and update his name after the move.

Well aware of that and that's why he's 50/50. He'll most likely be like Medlen and Beachy from 15 and will be missing since he was released.

No, he won't make it.

All I can say is watch out for him. He is a baller

Small note here, Dyson will be out about 6 weeks with an oblique strain. That puts him in A ball as far as the rosters will go. If I had to guess right now, I think they will go with a platoon of Orlando and either Fuentes or Snider. there's also an outside chance that Brett Eibner takes the job outright with a good spring.
