Are LIVE Rosters updated everyday?

so what is usuallly the cutoff for adding new players on fridays. only one player made his debut yesterday, I wonder if thats enough time to cross all the T's and dot all the I's on his paperwork to make it into the tle live update. there were no new players sunday but maybe the few that debuted this past saturday wil be the last ones to have a decent chance to file in time.
I didnt pay this close attention to it last year so I'm really not sure what to expect.

it would be if we were paying for updates
I'm definitely disappointed but its not any thing so grave that I feel compelled to complain.
of course I would probably be of a different mindset if I wanted to use rosters in online play.
