I hope they get the sim engine and player progression/regression under control. Stats get really weird later in a Chise and the progression and regression of players can be much at times.

Overhauled franchise is most important IMO. Many of us have been screaming about lack of stat tracking and a reworked franchise mode for years, without the slightest of acknowledgment.

I'll wait to see what the well needed "overhaul" means to development before any praise is given.
