It would be nice if you could import a player while already in a franchise. It disappointing when I need to restart my franchise or something because a new player has been created or added.

Or perhaps, if possible create minor league players around real guys in the organization and just change their names for licensing reasons. That would be cool and save the roster creators a lot of time as well.

Great ideas all around! Just some thoughts that come to mind that may or may not have been mentioned previously.

When viewing/playing a game from the pitchers perspective, it appears as though the catchers glove doesn't close around the ball. So when he catches it, you still see the ball in the glove instead of a closed mitt. Not exactly a realistic feature. Seems like a relatively easy thing that may have been overlooked over the years.

Would be cool to see a pitcher warming up in the bullpen using his actual motion, instead of all pitchers using a generic motion.

Pregame warmups when featuring the days starting pitcher, it would be cool to see the pitcher throwing the ball again when his stats are being shown instead of him standing around/walking around. The old games had that and I thought it was a pretty realistic.

Also, since this developer is good about having options. I might be in the minority here, but it would be neat to have the *option* to disable all the between pitch cut-scenes and watch the pitcher receive the throwback and watch the batters between pitch routine. We have all the options to choose animations for that but can never actually watch them in action since they are cut off after each pitch.

1B animations could use a haul-over. From routine catches to digs. And the awkward pause between catching the ball and throwing it off to the second baseman. I feel like there could be more fluidity in that whole process.

Just tossing out some ideas.

Yea they can't do that without the risk of facing a lawsuit they will lose after the prosecution presents their case. Go read up on the Ed O'Bannon lawsuit. That's why we don't have a college football game anymore because EA, stupidly modeled their players off real life college players and didn't pay them, obviously, so they lost the case. Also I think the player has to be part of the MLBPA to be in the game.

You're right. I forgot about the NCAA issue. Yeah, players do have to be in the MLBPA to be in the game. Just trying to help out our awesome roster creators on here.

Also, FA prices should be fixed. CC Sabathia shouldn't be a declining player and dropped to a 68 overall asking for 22 million a season... then a team (Phillies) sign him to it for 2 years? There are way too many budget issues then regarding trades because of things like this.

Thought of another, I'd like more diversity with 2nd positions. Guys should be eligible at other positions after playing so much at one too. But, I should be able to select utility or something instead of just given one option.

More thoughts...

I honestly think they need to make an engine change. This one is showing its age quite a bit. Maybe if they don't have a ps3 version next year they will. There's a lot of things that need to be corrected, and the ps4 should have a better game than the current version. It's easy to call it the best baseball game, it's the only decent one. But they're falling into a Madden cycle and I don't like it.

You don't care where I sent this from.

Sounds like an issue that could be fixed through some tricky coding.

PS3 version needs to die in a hole.

I'd also love to see a boost in the playoff atmosphere feel. Just more from teh crowd and emotions with players. Stuff like that would be cool.
