Regarding the topic, the new modes, SOTS, and Diamond Dynasty were my reasons for buying 16. I usually skip years and alternate with Madden or other sports games.

Well, let's see, star batting spots, 1,3,4. Players unhappy because of contracts that could affect their overall including attributes; however, nothing you can do about contracts until off season. Meanwhile...

I enjoy MLBTS 15, still playing it. Well, still playing it until tomorrow when I start playing MLBTS 16. Why? Because I buy this game every year, and at 74 in August, I ain't got too many years left. Heck, I've got cataracts and floaters in both eyes, and those fastballs and breaking balls ain't getting any easier to hit.

I've got a solution for those unhappy players because of contracts, edit their contracts before starting franchise/season. I will give them so much money they will be the happiest players in baseball--Budgets turned off!

What about star batting spots? Hmm...that could be a slight problem, but I won't have too many stars on my team--batting. Pitching will be a big issue as all will be Aces Hey, at my age I need help!

It's your money, use it the way you need it. If you need to be sold on a game, then it's obvious that you don't really have a need or want for it.

I tend to agree with you. I have this year's game pre-ordered, and I have no doubt that I'll enjoy it, but I think I'm going to more of an every-other-year purchase plan. With current sports games, there just doesn't seem to be enough change from year to year to justify an automatic purchase.
