How to turn off instant trades?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I can't figure out how to disable instant trades. I like to do a 30 team franchise but only control one team so I can "veto" trades but it doesn't work unless instant trades is off, allowing me a window to review the proposed trades list. I have never had a problem finding this option in past years but can't figure it out in MLB 16. Thanks for any help.

If I'm not mistaken the option was removed for some odd reason.

Thank you for the response. I thought I was going crazy trying to find it.

But...Wow. Seems like a huge oversight by the developers. How do others "veto" trades in a 30 team franchise now?

You can't really veto. Most people just trade the players involved back to their original teams.

Thanks. I think I'll just run with a single team franchise this year and not worry about the trades then. I appreciate your help!

Boy, that was a disaster! Why would they do that? What in the world has SCEA done to this years game? I mean there are an awful lot of questionable things done/not done along with weird bugs/glitches.

I don't have a PS4 yet so I can only testify to that system to which 16 was just an upgrade in graphics a bit from last year but all of this stuff I'm seeing on PS4 makes me not even want this game for PS4.

They've already released 2 patches I believe & there is still problems with the game. This disheartens me to even considering jumping to PS4 in playing this game. Sure, it has a few more new features than PS3 but still way too many problems on PS4.

What you could do, is save the franchise BEFORE you advance a day. After you advance, check the transactions, and see what trades were made. If there were any stupid, dumb, or trades you wouldn't allow, then RELOAD your franchise, and turn trades to MANUAL for the profile(s) you use for the CPU teams. Then advance the day. There should be no trades. Then turn trading for those profiles back to AUTO.
