No judgement but why would you turn off autosave?

I turn off auto save as well. I prefer to manage my save files in 3's after every series I save in one of the 3 slots usually rotating by date. So if something ever happens with a file, as file corruption has been an issue with this game before, I only have to go back so far to start again. I do this with RTTS and Franchise.

Edit: I got into the habit of this before the days of 30 team control and we used to get corrupted files in Franchise mode becuase the CPU would screw up rosters. Nothing more frustrating than losing a franchise in August and having to start back in May or whatever.

Because it's a single player game for me and sometimes I do something stupid or have a bad game or suffer an injury, and I just want to try again and not be forced to accept it.
