Pure analog hitting

Jus a quick question. This is my first yr with the show. With pure analog hitting, how is the pci location controlled? Ex: if a pitch is low and outside, how do I get my pci to that location and still get a power or normal swing? Bc if the manual is correct any stick push to the left or right gives you a contact swing. Thanks

That's only with flick pure analog no? I'm pretty sure you can control PCI placement when using stride pure analog

This is not true. You can control the PCI by flicking the RS diagonally to cover the inside or outside half of the plate. You can't control the height of the PCI, but you can choose what side of the plate. Pushing the stick directly to the left or right doesn't give you a contact swing, it just allows you to cover further out of the zone than if you just press straight up.

Then how do you execute a contact swing?
