Pretty much yes. They decided not to write any APIs to convert/enhance the files to be accessible for both systems. Two systems = two different architectures I guess. Anyway, it could have been done, but they chose not to throw time, money, and resources at it.

Birds are new so they overdid them.

Nope. 2021 and a AAA company still can't figure out how to make the schedule rotate.

and i was upset to see a cookie cutter shadow of a bird flying at 50ft-100ft off the ground. How can't you generate some blur effect on PS5 is something very symptomatic of what's going on in this studio right now.

I’ve actually been asking for airplanes and helicopters and other small ambient noises like random bi-planes and whatever to liven up the atmosphere for years. Never thought of birds though.
