Injuries, Blood and Gore Gameplay

Ive noticed out of all my fights none of them have gotten a fighter just bloodied or messed. Tell if youve had any fights that have gotten a fighter bloody, or why the game is like this.
Most of the time there cut ,but after the round , there like new.
wtf

Because the Cutman fixes them up. But if you hit them in the same spot, you split them open again. Happens all the time in real life.

i have just noticed that blood doesn't pool, or stain the face and hair. not sure what that would look like programming wise. but, when you got a guy like stitch in your corner, you'll look as pretty as possible after a brutal round.

It will never be in the game. Then your dealing with an M rating, and they want to avoid that at all costs.
