Good news for us fans (even though I'm Filipino and will likely miss the Main Event to watch Pacquiao). I just wish I had SpikeHD.

Man, UFC 106 is gonna be huge. Lesnar and Tito on the same card, plus a free UFC 105 with a surprisingly good card acting as a marketing machine for 106 a week prior to the event.

And it'll be even bigger considering a lot of people probably won't have bought a UFC PPV for at least two months at that point, considering that UFC 104 is looking like almost a total waste. Machida/Shogun is good but probably isn't gonna draw in casual fans, and there's no other fights on that card that'll really draw hardcore fans now that Cain/Carwin is off, let alone casual fans.

The article that was linked mentioned that if Penn/Sanchez doesn't happen at 105, Hendo/Silva probably will. At this point, it looks like the only way to salvage 104 is to take whatever one of those fights that doesn't happen at 105 and put it on 104. But even if they made that decision today, that'd only leave eight weeks for those two fighters to prepare, which is doable, but not ideal.

Penn vs Sanchez free? This is why MMA/UFC is 1000x better than anything that has to do with boxing.

As a fellow filipino, I'm torn. I've been waiting for Sanchez to smash on Penn but I can't be missing a Pacman fight. That's what DVR is for, I guess.

I can't wait to see this fight!!! I can already picture Diego screaming "YES" and BJ with intensity in his eyes. This is gonna be great.
