Not really. His biggest wins are over Gonzaga (twice), Overeem and Vera. Carwin beat Gonzaga. Mir has wins over Nog, Lesner, Kongo and Sylvia (when Tim was a top Heavy).

I'd argue that Mir's wins were more impressive.
