Re: What are your best tips to win in Road to the Playoffs?

this game is full of quiters.
Even when they are down by 8 in the first quarter some guys give up (in the 3rd Seed and now in the second seed).
I think the level is very low.
All the lineups now got Curry, George, Jordan, LeBron and they don't know how to use them so...

Wowowoww just got 2k cheesed..

4 breakaway dunks blocked from behind in a row all go out of bounds his ball...

3 fastbreak passes go off my own players back out of bounds his ball. Not even stupid hail mary's just easy 20 foot passes.

2 seconds left he gets an offensive rebound with John Wall throws up a finger roll FROM THE FLOOR and one to send it to OT....

Bill Russell gets fouled and Cousins swats it with his hand INSIDE the rim and it wasn't goal tending.....

OT I break Jordans ankles with Harden put up an easy excellent release 3 to take the lead... Nope Jordan jumps right off the floor to block it.

Next inbounds Lebron wide open like 6 feet behind the top of the arc Cousins warps over to steal it and end the game.

Re: What are your best tips to win in Road to the Playoffs?

I got trolled by 2k on my quest to get sapphire rose. The whole game its saying my shots are off but had no issues with their shots in previous games(slight lag?), I missed so many FTs also cuz it keeps saying its off but I perfected the release. FTs really hurt me missing 2 straight to close game and then got Kobe cheesed (fadeaway w/ 2 defenders guarding) by opponent to lose the game. Now I have to start 9 games all over again to face more cheesers. Don't know if I can do it again. Has anyone faced that issue w/ the bad release grades?

Seems like the big dunkers like cockback tomahawks on breakaways. So, I started laying it in when there's a defender trailer. Faster to get it up. Once it hits the backboard its off limits

Lol didn't say it was the most realistic. But they seem to have a tendency to throw the ball way back behind their head and slam it with authority, even if the situation dictates they should go straight up. I mean, if a defender is right behind a dunker and he leaves the ball exposed on his back or way out on the side where the defender is, that's what happens.

I feel the same way when my big goes for a reverse, into the defender on the other side of the rim, instead of going straight up and using the rim as protection.

Because there is nothing to work towards for many of the players you are playing. They get to the first seed, collect all of their terrible rewards, and then have nothing to play for.

I know when I fall behind in a game against a cheesing bastard now, I pretty much stop trying. I'm not the dbag who starts chucking up full-court bombs, but I definitely stop playing 100%, especially defensively. What's the point?
