No team-practice or scrimmage mode in MyTeam?

There's no team practice or scrimmage mode in MyTeam, right? I can practice with individual players, but not the whole squad, as far as I can tell. I suppose Domination is "practice" mode, though for me I prefer offline play to online, so Domination and offline Challenges are my "main events," and they cost Contracts to play.

So if I want to practice plays with my new squad, which features Kelly Olynyk, a lot of bronze players, and the Utah Jazz playbook, I should go to Scrimmage mode from the main menu and use the Jazz playbook. Right? Or is there a better way?

There is not one that I know of, what I do is just go into the practice mode in the settings screen and use the team whose playbooks I wish to try.

Best thing to do is to create a custom roster with one of the teams modified to have you players and playbook of choice...then you can just do Scrimmage as normal. You can even edit players' Badges to match what you might have on yours.

I tried that as well, but where can i add a player to the roster? Do i need to replace players from a current roster? Thx

Pick a team and trade it's players for the players you have on your MyTeam. I usually use one of the Euro teams.

I hadn't thought of that! What mode do you use to make these trades? MyLeague or some such? I don't necessarily want to mess up whatever league I might play in those modes, but maybe we can have more than one save in those modes?

You can have multiple saves, yeah.
