Which additional badges to throw on...discussion?

I just picked one up mostly gold badges. I'm wondering what else to throw on him. I know Dimer is a good one maybe posterizer?

You are about to fall in love. One of the best cards I have played with this year he leads my team in both points and rebounds for online and offline matches.

I am sure there are a few different routes you can go but the badges I added are: Posterizer, Acrobat, Relentless Finisher, Break Starter, and Dimer.

ENJOY!!

Edit: Bonus, Hakeem has high post plays in addition to low post plays which is oddly rare. They are great to run because after you throw it into the high post your initial passer can cut to the rim for a give and go layup. Then if the cut isn't open you go to work in the post.

I was just about to post about him and Sampson in the badge thread. glad you asked. I use the Twin Towers offline mostly and some online. The badge I recommend most for them is Posterizer. I get about 4-5 dunks apiece with them each game. If you put Posterizer on them and you get dunks like I do...your guys would never need a breather.

What does Posterizer have to do with fatigue?

Its often stated that Posterizer badge helps players attempt dunks on defenders that they normally wouldn't attempt. However...the MAIN feature of Posterizer is that when you make a dunk and a defender is near you...each on-court teammate gets a 5% boost in energy. This has been in the game ever since Signature Skills were introduced.

A lot of times, I will get like 4 dunks with Lebron and his energy will be at 80 when his teammates will be at 100. Next time you do a dunk and Posterizer activates...pull up your quick sub or regular sub screen and check your teammate's energy.

note: your player must have stamina of at least 80 to do this.

These badges are extremely powerful and a lot of people don't know this. Likewise with Eraser, it does the same thing. If someone blocks a shot all teammates get 5% boost in STAMINA. Also the player that got blocked sees all his shooting attributes drop by 5 points for the next 15 seconds.

If you have Hakeem and Ralph blocking shots and you have someone with Posterizer dunking...your guys will stay fresh. Also if your guys have Bruiser/Brick Wall, the opposing team will get their energy sapped. Brick Wall was just updated this year I believe to do this...I don't know if player that has Brick Wall and Bruiser stacks....but I think it does. You ever play a game and all of a sudden one of your guys has like a 30 point drop in stamina? used to happen all the time in 2k15. Haven't seen it as much this year.

That makes sense.. last game I was playing I noticed Hakeem had 81 energy and the rest of my starters with around 95 and I was wondering why. Where do you find this information? I have never seen posted all these subtle intricacies of gold/personality badges. Where can I find to read?

man, lemme tell ya. this is a crying shame how 2k neglects MyTeam. they haven't posted much info on badges for 2k16. I did read somewhere about Brick Wall when the game was released but haven't for the life of me been able to find it. I am just going off the old signature skills guide which still applies although, badges were introduced the following year. see link...

feel free to ask me about any and if I can remember I will tell you.

Corner Specialist has been updated though. It says on that guide a 2% higher chance of going in. Since then its been changed to give 5% boost to shooting stat. I explained this here:
