Last night I was watching CashNasty just because he was doing a pack opening.

$400 in he only pulled 5 rubies and the worst amethyst in the game, George Gervin. So many dupes, his best pull was Ruby Klay and Allan Houston. The other rubies were Rick Barry, and 2 McHales I think.

I think it's clear 2k nerfs the packs and they need to release pack odds.

What makes gervin the worst amethyst? I am curious since he is generally cheap compared to other amys

Packs almost never seem like a good idea anymore, the prices are ridiculous, the odds are crap and they lose most of their value within a couple hours of the release. Even if you get some good pulls you are still spending like $100+ on 1 or 2 players (think about that)

That's what makes him the worst in terms of spending $400 and getting only 1 cheap amy worth 35k. If he got Vince then it would have been ok, but yeah 2k trolling.

I suppose but he is a good card, midrange great, good athleticism and a defender

He's too slow, rather spend that MT on giannis, stats can't make up for the height and speed he have.

Well with that comparison yes gervin is slow but 88 speed, 82 speed with ball, is not slow. Plus gervin has a post he can use, giannis doesn't, gervin is the better defender and inside scorer, gervin is the better mid range scorer giannis only has gervin in athleticism few passing stats and boards (6'11 comes very in handy). Gervin isn't a bad card I'll probably get him for nostalgic reasons and he might end up being cheap
