I agree with you but we know what Pau Gasol is approximately going to be, in the post. I think he'll be better than what one would otherwise have for the first, say, half-dozen games, but I think one could very quickly get someone better than him for post cheese.

There doesn't seem to be a post scoring bonus in 2k18 anymore so post cheese isn't much of a factor. I would go with quicker guys just for fast breaks. The minimums are definitely more important now though.

Wasn't it said somewhere that legend edition gold will also get you a ruby dwade card along with Shaq and Kyrie. Shaq and dwade are dynamic duos which will make them an amethyst. Can someone please verify this for me?

Edit: it does say it in the blog that you do get dwade and it boosts shaq to an amethyst overall.

Woah....if thats the case, I might go with Perimetric to get Dennis, Melo and Thon.

If the post game is still there to maximize MT, you can get better post cheesers afterwards like Aldridge or Dirk (you are right harryl)

Yea I was between the options to get
a) legend with 200k VC (same price as gold)
or b) the gold edition

Ended up with the gold because I think:

Additional 50k VC < Dyn Duo + additional 20 Packs
