And even though it seems irrelevant, if the overall average height is going down, then theres less incoming draftees that are above average height in NBA-standards, so less taller draftees are actually skilled enough to start, so it kind of forces the league to go smaller.
I am sorry I couldn't read this and not just let it go.
Are you being serious? Do you think the world is flat too?
I am being serious.
It is common knowledge because of diet and nutrition. That humans are getting taller on average not shorter.
The average US male is 4" taller on average than 125 years ago.
And 1" taller on average just since 1970. I thought everyone knew we has a human race are getting taller, not shorter.
Again most of it has to do with what we are eating now and the vitamins we take compared to the past.

NBA is playing smaller to play faster, players are taller though.

There are so many 6'5"+ PGs.

Overall players are taller, faster, and stronger than 20 years ago.

Rashidi, when do you think your roster will be complete?

No big rush, I don't start MyLeague until after the Superbowl.

Player Edits

SIXERS
77 (+2) Mike Muscala (PF/C): Position change from C/PF

BUCKS
91 (+1) Giannis Antetokounmpo (PF/C): Rebounding has improved substantially
Mike Budenholzer (HC): Offense B (from D), Defense B+ (from C+). Bucks are 7-1.

BULLS
82 (+3) Zach Lavine (SG): Return to full health has restored his shooting percentages (and then some).

CAVS
79 (+2) Larry Nance Jr (C): Cavs best player. Passing has improved.
77 (-2) Collin Sexton (PG): Underwhelming start to career (14 AST%)
72 (+2) Sam Dekker (PF): Starting PF for next month w/ Love out.
Larry Drew (HC): Probably getting replaced mid-season.

CELTICS
81 (-2) Gordon Hayward (PF/SF): Not the same player returning from injury.

CLIPPERS
85 (+7) Danilo Gallinari (PF/SF): Similar to LaVine, he's finally healthy.

GRIZZLIES
75 (+1) Garrett Temple (SG/SF): Perfect fit. Giving them what Courtney Lee did in 2016.

HAWKS
82 (-3) Jeremy Lin (PG): Common theme - Player misses substantial time; struggles upon return.

HEAT
74 (+4) Rodney McGruder (SG/SF): Common theme - Player struggled in late-season return, fully rebounds.

HORNETS
89 (+2) Kemba Walker (PG): Playing like peak Kyrie
77 (+2) Tony Parker (PG): Healthy and playing for former coach
James Borrego (HC): Defense C (from D), Potential B (from D)

JAZZ
87 (+2) Rudy Gobert (C): Absurd 74 FG% playing 34 MPG.

KINGS
79 (+2) De'Aaron Fox (PG): Finishing at elite level. 20-25 at Rim, 26-49 Close. MIP candidate?
75 (+2) Nemanja Bjelica (PF): Finally looks like player he was billed as. Mirotic clone.

KNICKS
81 (-2) Trey Burke (PG): Early season struggles cost him starting job.
79 (-2) Mario Hezonja (SF/PF): Has not built upon last season.
78 (+3) Noah Vonleh (C/PF): Adequately replacing Kyle O'Quinn on non-guaranteed deal.

LAKERS
82 (NC) Tyson Chandler (C): Signing with team upon clearing waivers
69 (+3) Johnathan Williams (C/PF): Earned rotation spot after signing two-way.

MAGIC
86 (+2) Nikola Vucevic (C): Having his Jokic potential untapped by Clifford?

MAVERICKS
78 (+4) Luka Doncic (PF/SF): Hard to believe he's 19. Check his shooting from 3-23 feet. Rates 84 @ SF.

NETS
80 (+3) Caris LeVert (SF/PG): Breaking out in his 3rd season.

NUGGETS
92 (+1) Nikola Jokic (C): Modern-day Sabonis.

PACERS
83 (+2) Domantas Sabonis (C/PF): Speaking of Sabonis, good lord OKC got hosed in the Paul George trade.

PELICANS
83 (+1) Nikola Mirotic (PF): Such a great fit next to Anthony Davis
83 (+1) Julius Randle (PF/C): Ditto. Probably winning Sixth Man this year.

PISTONS
85 (+2) Blake Griffin (PF): Hasn't rebounded like this since his young twenties.

RAPTORS
88 (+1) Jonas Valanciunas (C): Dumb efficient whether starting or coming off bench.
87 (+3) Kyle Lowry (PG): No longer has to share the ball with DeRozan in the backcourt.

ROCKETS
78 (-1) Eric Gordon (SG/PG): Off to a dreadful start.

SPURS
91 (+2) DeMar DeRozan (SG/SF): Doing his best Joe Johnson impression.

SUNS
85 (+3) DeAndre Ayton (C): I recall people having a problem with me giving Ayton a rating this high.... rookies shouldn't be rated in the 80+, etc.....

THUNDER
82 (-1) Dennis Schroder (PG): Paper sixth man who can't reasonably mesh with Westbrook.

TIMBERWOLVES
79 (+4) Derrick Rose (SG/PG): With 50-pointer in the books, he's back to being only as bad as he was with the Knicks.

TRAIL BLAZERS
92 (+1) Damian Lillard (PG): Steph Curry-lite is having his best season thus far.
84 (+1) Jusuf Nurkic (C): Has improved shooting touch.
73 (+2) Zach Collins (C/PF): Shot 39% from field last season. That's up to 59%.

WARRIORS
95 (+1) Stephen Curry (PG): 72 TS% for a guard. Curry is putting his foot on the league's throat.

WIZARDS
85 (-1) Otto Porter (SF/PF): Trademark efficiency ain't there right now.

Re: The Real NBA 2K19 (PS4) Roster by @Real2KInsider

Rashidi,

I understand what you're doing but why all the positional changes?
I believe there is natural position and playing position (primary/secondary).

Back then position changes were so they could play or start over other players due to 2K's ratings

Now as roster makers we can edit who play what positions in the rotations.
