Re: 35 Year Fantasy Draft Experience- 1,460 Edited Rookies from 1948 to 2018

Hey thanks

Just a quick update

-I've decided to adjust the ages of all rookies to one year younger than their actual rookie age. I've done this because it allows players' age to be correct after drafting them. Some of the created players can only be set to 19 and not younger, which is kind of a bummer but its okay.

- I've upgraded some of the draft classes to exclude some of the lower rated players. Players like Brian Cardinal, Bill Wennington, and Fred Hoiberg who won't crack any rotations have been replaced with better prospects like Chris Gatling, Anthony Peeler, and Voshon Leonard for the 1990-1995 set for instance. I've yet to update the draft preview posts, but I will over the coming week.

-I've removed/added headbands to players to more accurately match their rookie year appearance. I've just recently discovered this workaround, so I probably will end missing up some players who need adjustments.

Here's the video on how to do it. The same method can be used to remove them as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdRCSSbXcKM

-With spring break upon me finally, I'm afforded the opportunity to make a lot of progress on this project. I don't want to place deadlines for myself, but I'm sort of aiming to have the first 21 draft classes done sometime soon-ish.

Its going well Doc, I'll have an update tonight or tomorrow. Right now I'm spreading the files across numerous PSN accounts preparing for upload. I didn't know you're from Spain. Do you follow La Liga? I'm very upset with its suspension.

I also have a lot of time on my hands at the moment
I am actually losing sanity very rapidly, and these draft classes are on of my saving graces nowadays without sports to follow. I couldn't help but start a MyLeague and jump in. I'm using a 2000-2001 roster and going back and forth in time. Starting with 1948 A, then 2019, 1948 B, 2018, 1948 C, 2017 and so on...

Doing 30 team control and having a lot of fun watching CPU playoff games in between my own matches with the primary team.

Can I ask which of these sets if any are people looking forward to using? The sets from 2000 onward will probably be most popular eventually, but I'm not there yet entirely with those. Personally I think the vintage sets are the real gold. 500 players 1989 and prior with accurate player profiles and jumpshots

They've taken me all this time, and the year 2000+ sets will be a breeze in comparison.

70s 80s and 90s would be great too. Anything you’re willing to release now would be great for those of us that fiddle around with rosters....especially since we seem to all have a little more free time.

Stay safe out there.

For me personally I’d love to see the 48-65 & 70s and 80s classes released first. Please stay safe during this time and thanks for making such an awesome project!
