I may have missed this somewhere, but are these sliders good for CPU vs. CPU games that you watch, or are they just good for simmed games? Is there even a difference. I've noticed some 50 point blowouts with these sliders when watching a CPU vs. CPU game, and some ended more highly contested.

If you run into any error with the spreadsheet, the easiest way is to still look at the player labels. If 3PT is higher than mid, 75 contested for 3PT and 50 for mid range.

Do you have any idea about CPU freelances and the plays the pick? How to manage that to get better offenders from them?

Because I didn't make a standalone roster file. I used the trade deadline ATD start today file and edited in there.
