stamina vs fatigue rate?

what is the difference between the 2 and what is everone using for both of them? I am finding that with both of them on 50 that big guys tend to get to tried I can hardly play 30 minutes a game with pal gasul.

That was my question - DECREASING Fatigue will let you play more without getting tired.

So many of these sliders are counter intuitive.

Correct. A way to think about this is the Stamina is your entire bank while fatigue rate determines how quickly it depletes and regenerates.

Say with stamina at 50, you would have 50 stamina points, at 75 you have 75 points. While fatigue rate determines if each one of those individual points lasts only 30 seconds of game time or 1 minute of game time.
